The webinar, hosted by Kabarak University Press, aims to explore the right to development and provide an appraisal of the Draft Covenant on the Right to Development. The panel of distinguished Global South scholars will engage in a comprehensive discussion on the history and evolution of the right to development as well as the draft covenant, in a bid to provide recommendations for its adoption and implementation.
