"This idea of infiltration is just misrepresenting reality on the ground. These people aren’t infiltrating. They are people under occupation. And Israel has the responsibility, under international law, to protect civilians under its occupation," Al-Shabaka analyst Tareq Baconi tells Democracy Now.
