Sara Husseini

Al-Shabaka Policy Member Sara Husseini specialises in international relations and strategic communications. She has advised senior Palestinian officials across a number of departments, including the PLO Secretary-General and the Palestinian Ambassador to Germany. With a special focus on European-Palestinian relations, Sara has served on interministerial taskforces, engaged in outreach campaigns and presented to a wide range of international audiences. She has also supported several civil society initiatives and organisations, including Palestine Works and most recently BuildPalestine, where she currently serves as Chair of the Board. Sara holds a PhD in Christian-Muslim relations from the University of Birmingham, UK.
