Raed Eshnaiwer holds a PhD in Political and Social Sciences from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. He is a researcher at the Center for Development Studies at Birzeit University, where he also teaches courses on asylum and international migration. He is founder and director of the ISNAD Community Education Center in Palestine. Raed’s research focuses on refugees in the Middle East, particularly Syrian and Palestinian refugees in Jordan, and the impact of forced migration on state institutions.
