Nadia Barhoum is the founder of Thurayya, a seed-saving and land stewardship initiative based in the San Francisco Bay Area that grows and preserves seeds from Palestine and the broader SWANA region. She previously served as Operations Manager at Planting Justice and as a Research and Policy Analyst at UC Berkeley, where she worked on political ecology, data visualization, and structural inequality. She holds a BA in Political Economy from UC Berkeley and an MA in Research Architecture from Goldsmiths College, University of London.
