Salem Barahmeh is the founder and creative director of Uncivilized, a media platform and production company focused on underrepresented peoples and places. He previously served as founder and executive director of the Palestine Institute for Public Diplomacy and as a political advisor to Dr. Hanan Ashrawi at the PLO Executive Committee. He has also worked at Portland Communications in London and for the Palestinian Mission to the United States. Salem holds a BA in Government from Lawrence University and an MA in Law and Politics from King’s College London.
